A reasonable response would be to change our immigration laws to make it easier to expel migrants and to better assimilate those we want to keep.
How can espousing mass death in NY City be a solution to anything except the rodent problem. And no, I'm not comparing migrants to rodents. Unlike some people ie TRUMP.

Well if our immigration system was a little more intact those migrants might of not been here in the first place to assault Police Officers. Your analogy is a bit extreme nobody is talking about spraying the crowd. But if a few Police Officer are being over powered and it's foreseeable that great bodily harm or death is imminent then deadly force to the assailants is justified even by an armed civilian. So an onlooker has a firearm with a thirty round Mag doesn't mean they have to empty it. Nobody asked migrants to come here if they can't show some respect fuck'em.

Maybe some mass shootings are really take down Roberts. After if was going to rob a movie theater I would shot every one first then people don't have to question if going shot any for real.

The subject of this thread is “A compelling argument for 30 round magazines“ with a link to a news article describing a violent incident between police and migrants. It suggests a violent response to an incident that is better suited to de-escalation.
When one’s only tool is a gun you tend to get a more aggressive response than needed.
I reiterate my plea for better legislation to solve the migrant problem. I know congress has the ability to respond if only their constituents would be willing to let them without being vilified.

The law doesn’t need changing , the law needs to be enforced. I assume you know Times Square is in New York City? The Feds need to cut off all funding to Sanctuary Cities, perhaps then the citizens would realize that Democrats are the SOLE reason their cities are such shit holes.
I don’t compare rats to people and I am a Trump supporter. Where do you come up with that line of thinking. By your moniker , I guess you live in Texas. The reference to 30 rd mag wasn’t advocating killing any one.
I have several AK/ AR style firearms. Too date none of them have killed anything but hay bales and wild hogs. The 30 rd mag is recreational to me.
Anywho I have several political differences with you and several others. I don’t hate any of you , because I don’t know you.

Yes it's a very compelling argument. Thirty round Mag could come in handy. A group of hostile migrants is like a pack of Dogs when one is mean they are all mean.

RE-viewing the video in the OP:
Maybe the cops need access to "Glock Switches."

Yet … now we’ve discussed, this, it’s clear to see the OPs intent was advocating cops firing semi automatic weapons into a crowd in Times Square. The fact that it’s a so-called Sanctuary City justifies the deadly force using weapons of war.
Is there something we missed here?
OP? Is that the compelling argument for 30-round magas?

The influx of foreign nationals over the decades and spiking in the last few years has, I think, brought the Nation close to a tipping point. The brodly rep[orted national response to his video and the release of the quick release of the bad actors is just one example. The growing dissatisfaction with the situation on the part of Democratic civic leaders and minority activists in cities large and small is another indictor.
No new legislation is necessary, only the will to enforce what is already on the books on the part of national leadership.
I withdraw my smart-@$$ remarks about firearms and their usage.

Once again a swing and A miss by the #2. I wasn’t advocating the police do any such thing, The police can’t shoot anyone whether justified or not. Where I live we can as private citizens, they will give us a medal as well
I was talking about your normal citizen when faced with that situation. Geez, slower than sorghum syrup.
