In the best diplomatic voice possible I ask:
Are your pictures Current?
When they say yes, I comment on how beautiful they are. It sets the tone.
Then I will ask if they are GFE?
If they say yes then I ask;
Do you understand what GFE is?
If they say yes I ask them what their donation might be?
If they sound pleasant and are not rushed and can handle the banter of the conversation I might see them.
If I see them, I expect an embrace and see if kissing is allowed, you will be able to tell immediately. If they are OK and responsive to it, you go on. If the face turns or you get any stiffness, leave. if the pix aren't current and/or real or the person isn't acceptable and totally off from the advertised pix , leave.
You've heard this before, never prepay. A donation is just that, a donation given after you are happy and ready to leave. This does vary if you are seeing someone who you know is verified and awesome, such as Chloe or NaughtyNikki.
BTW, the ad for the blonde in Buffalo on the previous page of posts (to lazy to find link) who is Hot. My guess, Brazilian, pictures are old and she has put on 30 #. Probably close to GFE but mechanical.

I once labeled a review "POFTT" -- "played one for the team." The girl may or may not have been the one in the picture (hard to tell), she provided something approaching GFE service, but with no engagement in the process. I got what I wanted, she delivered what she promised to deliver, but it wasn't a great experience. So I didn't "take" one. But I wouldn't want to say I won, either.

I spoke with Paris diamond yesterday. She is in Greece / Rochester currently, but does outcalls. Maybe she'll travel
to Buffalo for the right price? this whole TOFTT thing is definitely entertaining! Ever hear of efficient market theory? I'm sure plenty of people lurking in these boards have seen these women before, but aren't sharing. "inside information"
