She's definitely not Sri Lankan or Indian. There's a term that's used for people in that area (not a derogatory one) and when we were talking she mentioned it as "oh yeah where we are from" instead of using the term, it's called desi. If she was a desi herself even if born here, she would've referred herself as that.

But that doesn't mean that her service is crappy, so people aren't gonna get that authentic South Asian she claims to be.

Yup got it, I read the previous comment and I agree, my comment was totally based on the skin complexion and tried to clarify that she could very well be Sri Lankan who usually have very dark complexion, but as you mentioned, she has facial feature of Black mix, now I can safely say, she might be West Indians, where in early 20th century lots of Indians( South Asians) bought in as workers and then, the population got mixed black and Indian and I probably guess she is one of those mixed girl.

Handful of amateur phrenologists in here are really preoccupied with race to a weird degree. Most people in the world, especially the native peoples, are darker than the gringos would believe if they bothered to look. I'm more interested in her nearly 100% Yes recommendation rating.
