Yeah a shower is always a given before, as well as clean clothes and being presentable. Not completely done up like I'm going out on the town for the night but clean nonetheless. Lol I honestly can't believe girls can even do that. I feel even dirtier if I haven't cleaned up in between appointments, unless it's requested by the client, which has happened more than a few times.
