I think all the spas are pretty much a massage where you are naked. It seems like most of the spas also have one price for everything. What you get for that price depends on what the girl is willing to do.

Me neither, and I have heard a story or two about Massage Envy becoming massage furious when a guy even hinted at L1.

Always completely naked, even at resort and cruise ship spas. If they don’t specifically ask to get under the sheet, let them cover you the way they want.

Yes almost all the places. Legit places have towel or blanket to cover your ass but they don't mind if you are naked except few legit thai places as they have to stretch your legs during massage.
