Are you claiming that OAN and Newsmax are fair, truthful, and fact based?
Moreso than ABC, CBS, and NBC?

Talk about brain-washed. That's the real brain-washing. Belief in easter-bunny level bullshit.

They don't "teach God" in public schools and it's called freedom of expression and speech ( you on board with that?) and guaranteed in the Constitution and that comes from a non-believer who has no use for religion but that doesn't mean I get to tell other people what they can and can't believe.
Just don't make it a law to believe, and I'm fine with it.

Well, they can write that all they want. I haven't been in a "foxhole" but I've been under fire. I promise there's no shortage of atheists.
You aren't interesting enough for me to figure out your background, but I have been in the military (notice how I didn't say "served"?) and I don't feel like the world owes me a bunch of thanks, nor does that make me a dipshit automaton that believes a bunch of stupid shit.

While I don't disagree with that, I think we should call out stupid shit and make it a public laugh-along.
By your suggestion, do ALL beliefs have equal footing? So scientology, islam, flying-spaghetti-monster, christianity all have the same weight?
For me, that means I get to laugh at them equally.

If you understand a Parrots' background, that is all you need to know.

Actually, I'm glad you brought this up. You realize your existence in America is only based on the fact that your mother's pussy spit you out here, right?
Otherwise you'd probably be one of North Korea's biggest propogandists...since you can't seem to tell the difference between truth and conspiracy bullshit.

Problem is there was a time when people thought that science was stupid shit and not only laughed at them but punished them which is not a big leap from laughing at people. Why can't you just ignore things that you don't believe and be comfortable in what you do believe and leave others alone as long as they are leaving you alone. And hope that someday you aren't the one being laughed at for your beliefs. Don't think it can't happen. What you are saying falls under the heading of bullying.

I don't give any of them any weight. They leave me alone, I leave them alone and feel no need to laugh at anybody.

Which is your right. I hope you don't laugh at the wrong person someday and end up on the ground being laughed at.
Do unto others as you would have others do unto you and I say that as a non believer.
My parents were both raised in strict Baptist homes and as teenagers, were beaten for dancing. They were so turned off to religion, it never got a second of attention in my home.
I was lucky enough to travel the world in the Navy and saw many of the world's religions up close. After that I got interested in comparative religion studies on my own, nothing of an academic nature but there is a lot of interesting stuff that doesn't require one to believe in any of them but understanding why some do can be an education in itself.

But here's the problem. They don't leave you alone. Just look at the shit they do to force everyone to go their way. Outlaw women's choice, force prayer in school, bitch because people don't like "under god" in the pledge of allegiance, complain about contraception being paid for by insurance...
Sure. I'll leave them alone as soon as they fuck off and pray without involving me in the feeble minded bullshit.

Yeah. I'm really worried about that. Hope I don't laugh at someone that winds up in the ground or anything. At least they'll think they're going to heaven.
Personally, I've never noticed them being all that tough outside of yelling and screaming nursery rhymes and silly hymns.
They're all so tough and scary.

"They" don't force me to go their way. How do they force you?
"They" don't outlaw women's choice, the law does that and many non believers still think abortion is wrong or at least should be limited in use as I do, a non believer.
There is no forced prayer in schools and the fact that you cant seem to accept that fact says a lot about you and your obsession with religion.
When was the last time you were forced to say the Pledge of Allegiance?
So what you seem to be saying is that people "complaining" is what bothers you.
And if men can get a vasectomy through their insurance plan...........

Make sure you remember all that "forced" shit when you all go nuts about "socialism" and raising taxes on the wealthy - especially since it's unlikely you'll be affected.
And looking at few posts from that oeb dude? It's really rich about the whole mirror thing. You guys don't appear to have any self-awareness.
