$15 an hour doesn't go far enough in a lot of cases but it is a start. I think someone should need to be at least 18 and have completed HS or equivalent to get that. A person with a 4 year degree should have a min wage of $20-$22. In addition to the Fed minimum, each state should have an additional min wage based on cost of living.
