I definitely understand the first part. So I don't want you to explain the second part. But let me guess - if it was a perfect gun, it wouldn't, and shouldn't, need to be upgraded or improved. No, I'm not a gun guy. I'm a pen being "mightier than the sword" guy.

I absolutely agree that showing athletes some sort of reverence is silly, especially when they act like prima donnas, but I wouldn't treat going to the white house or the capitol as as an honor or a privilege.

I was eye rolling pretty hard when the news agencies and the members of congress were wailing and gnashing that "the sanctity of the capitol had been violated" or whatever like it's holy fucking ground.

When Jesus entered the Temple in Jerusalem during Passover, he found it turned into a den of thieves and trashed the place, running off the merchants and money changers.

If the Capitol or White House were truly hallowed ground, and Jesus saw it how it's been for the last 100 years, he'd have locked the doors and burned it down with the vipers still inside.
