i've heard people claim that trump has mishandled the corona virus pandemic

i've never heard what he did that was a mis-handle, just a vague he mishandled it

i heard the other week biden list everything he would do to handle the corona virus

everything he mentioned, trump had already done for months except a mandatory face covering. his listing, made as if he was proposing a new way and brilliant leadership, was nothing more than a plagiarism of what to do

biden said that he, biden, has been proclaiming leadership on this since march, but in january and february and the first part of march, he called trump xenophobic and things weren't bad enough to need to have a travel ban and other peanut gallery attacks for doing things and now, he just lists things to do that trump did

just like biden is full of hot air, so are trump's detractors on this

That is such bullshit. He never said the virus was a hoax. As a matter of fact he shut down travel from China and Biden and all democrats called him racist and xenophobic. At the time lord Fauci and many other doctors felt that warm weather would slow the virus. In the 3 months you act like he did nothing. He has cut red tape so that a vaccine could move through the process much quicker. He had companies building ventilators so distribute as need. Actually the only thing he did positive was restrict travel from China.

1.Did not get a test ready early and initiate early widespread testing.
2.Did not ramp up medical equipment PPE/Ventilators early.
3.Did not advocate social distancing or mask wearing early.
4.Espoused sketchy meds / treatments ,etc.
5.Established plans to deal with virus and re-opening by the CDC , then Trump promptly eschewed them to better suit his political future.
6.The main thing he did early that was very bad was to downplay the virus.He could have said ; China is telling us some low key stuff about this virus.So is WHO. But our intel says it could be bad. He could have erred on the side of being cautious.

I don't think the Left would vote for Hitler.But they will vote for Biden.Anyone wanting an authoritarian or dictator type would probably vote for Trump.

initial tests were flawed. from the CDC and in other nations as well.

wouldn't have been an issue if Obama had replenished the supply as was recommended by the CDC.

neither did Fauci. fauci said wearing masks wasn't needed early on. the press had to cover for him with stories he was only trying to protect health care workers by making sure they had the equipment they needed. again, if Obama had replenished the stock perhaps fauci wouldn't have had to cover for Obama and himself as he was involved in the recommendation the stockpile was low.

what's sketchy about Hydroxychloroquine? studies showed it can help in certain situations, if used early on i think. no one ever said it was some cure all for this virus.

you do recall that all of the top democrats supported securing the border under Bush yeah? the initial effort to improve and expand the border wall happened in 2006 under BushyII. even Obama endorsed it and voted for it in the Senate. there are videos of Schumer and Obama and many others endorsing securing the border.

when Obama was elected all that quietly stopped. Trump gets elected and now every democrat who was on record as supporting expanding the border wall suddenly were against it. interesting how that happened.

in both cases, the travel ban and using funds from Defense Dept. have been upheld by the supreme court as the right of the president.
