A 54-year-old New Jersey woman suffered a broken leg after she was thrown to the ground in a Staples by another customer whom she had told to wear a mask, authorities said.
Police have released surveillance video from the incident that occurred at about 3:19 p.m. Wednesday at a Staples in Hackensack.
Margot Kagan, of Teaneck, told police she was using a fax machine at the store when a woman with a mask pulled down below her mouth approached a machine next to her. Kagan, who, according to police, had a liver transplant four months ago and was walking with a cane, told the woman to put her mask on.
"The suspect became angry and yelled at the victim, who picked up her walking cane and pointed it directly at the suspect, coming within inches of the suspect's chest," said Capt. Darrin DeWitt, a detective with the Hackensack Police Department.
The woman then yelled at Kagan, violently threw her to the ground and left the store, DeWitt said.
Kagan was taken to a hospital where she was diagnosed with a fractured left tibia, according to DeWitt.

I'm shocked at the behavior of the staff and bystander. none of them went to assist the assaulted white woman.
the white bystander by the copy machine had this "not my problem" attitude.
the staff (they're black) most likely has an BLM attitude problem. Management should fire them, but I don't know if they'll do that in this blm environment.

well in this specific case that woman wouldn't have approached you. or me. i'm not 6'4" but still quite a bit larger than that racist cunt. as is the case most of the time, this black bitch is only a "tough cunt" when she's dealing with an elderly woman. and probably an elderly man if that was the case.

People would look at me with a very judgmental look before it was mandatory to wear a mask where I live. They didn't do shit because they knew it would be a mistake if they tried anything with me. I actually wish someone would have tried some shit on me for not wearing a mask before they made it mandatory. I would have enjoyed giving them the beating of their life while it was filmed and I would have asked the store for a copy of the video.

if you go to the Uboob page of that video you'll see many comments deriding the staff for not acting to prevent the incident. there are two staff in close proximity. they did nothing. didn't even attempt to detain the assailant.
you can't make that case as the assailant moved toward the woman in a threatening matter and while there is no audio i'm quite sure her tone was hostile. the woman's right to prevent an assault overrides your argument.
Yes, her actions could definately be considered self defense even with the cane but I think it is generally a bad idea to confront hostile people in public if you are unwilling or unable to fight.
I think the fat girl who did the assault will likely be caught and have significant legal issues to deal with and rightly so. The consideration that the lady with the cane just had a serious medical operation will compound the damages.
Well, there was one guy I mentioned before who would have killed me. That is the only one of the many threats I took seriously on this board. That dude was talking about being a sniper during the Vietnam war and all this other shit. I was born way after that war but I definitely took him at his word. That dude really wanted to blow my head off. He didn't want to fight me. He wanted to kill me.
