I just saw a video of Putin visiting a woman's horseback police unit for controlling crowds. They gave an unbelievable number as the percentage of woman police officers in Russia, with the comment that women do a better job than men in some police functions.

Wow! Just think, another thing that women can do better than men. Before this I could only think of one thing.
