This place is great but is only open Thursdays and Fridays for lunch only and is very close to the Galleria area. Another good one not terribly too far away is Hard 8. Pecan lodge is decent but it is about 25 miles from the galleria

Terry Black's from Austin recently opened a location in Deep Ellum, open for lunch everyday. At a minimum, they're on par with Pecan Lodge, but in my opinion better.

Hard 8 is a good choice. I like the one in far north Plano/Frisco.
