I'm posting this to motivate myself to take action

My house needs 15-20K in repairs including some remodeling
I have 15-20k in stuff i'm trying to sell off including stuff from a biz i tried to start 10 years ago
Before i quit my job a few months ago, i was saving at least 15k a year
In my spare time i sign up for promos and have made a good 15k in the last 10 years
But, i'm still looking to swap out some junk that most likely could be donated to some charity for 2 visits with a lady. This is the junk that is clearly in my way of progress.

My luv, I hope you find all the motivation you need to become the person you want to be. Pay NM to anyone who would try to diminish that goal, on this board or elsewhere.

As for women wanting junk, that might be a hard sell. We have bills to pay and junk don't pay bills. So maybe you'll be motivated to find a way to turn your junk into cash, and then pay a lovely lady or two a visit! Good luck!

I don't know, one man's trash is another man's treasure. He may have something worth trading. I know women that have bartered for much less than 15K of merchandise.

Well it doesn't have to be cash. Anything of value for a certain agreed upon act will get you busted.

Still you might have the making of a new forum Fsn57 titled "Garage Sale" Guys might started cleaning out the basement, attic and garage. The SO might think they actually started listening to them.

More of a thought of helping out a charity. I can assume who ever doesn't really donate to a worthy cause.
And after i get rid of the other stuff, i'm going to move away. So i'm trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. This whole thing is a big mess
