In the strange and colorful hobby world, as in real life, guys will only take you as seriously as you take yourself. They will only take the appointment as seriously as you take it. If you don't screen, it doesn't appear to the caller as though you take either one seriously.

And from another direction...
If you don't find out who the caller is, what his handle on the board is, what his occupation is, or something about him, he is an anonymous appointment, and he knows it. If the internet has shown us anything, it's that people will do and say things when they are anonymous that they would never say or do when they can be identified. There is no downside to a NCNS if you don't know who he is.

You are two weeks in. Don't try to make the quick buck by cutting corners on safety, or preparation, or self-esteem. Do it right, be proud of it, and they will come, especially if that's you in the pic.

Not necessarily!

Many of the gents are looking for quality.

..... and its worth mentioning if you don;t screen, you will lose interest of many of the gents here. Screening protects us all.

I agree on the lowest, price & quality and screening... but too much screening or long screening process back and forth... make me feel like running in a circle and getting nowhere and at the end getting none.

Not me of course, I have a very close friend that hobbies and he has more than 30 P411 ok's. He told me that he wouldn't dare risk his sterling (and thick!) reputation by NCNS-ing a provider that he has provided his P411 ID to.

We see the same thing sometimes coming from the provider side of the equation. Call, set appointment, spruce up, drive to the incall, and get .... nothing.

I've tried to set up appointments in advance only to get no response. At the last minute I make impulsive plans to see someone who has the courtesy to even respond to an inquiry. I make the appointment and get home to an email from the one I originally attempted an appointment saying, great I can see you at 5 today. I'll respond with something like, thank you for responding, but I made that request 5 days ago and since I haven't heard from you, I made other plans.

I'm sure some guys may feel the same way. There are some providers who are just not very reliable nor quick with responses. I've made inquiries on a thursday for a saturday appointment and not received a reply until the following week. It's the nature of the hobby I suppose. However, unlike some might like to suggest, it's not just the guys.

I'll chime in with the other guys (and ladies) who have said "not necessarily". No question the amount of the donation is a factor ... but (and I'm only speaking for myself), it isn't going to make me see a lady unless her reputation indicates she is nice, pleasant, and fun to be with. Add to that the physical connection ... I have to want to see you with me .. appeal, whatever you want to call it. And services count, too. Some things I want to see ... and some things I don't, "you do that with YOUR mouth!!!" After all, I expect to kiss you.

Amy ... I love your boobs (avatar). My suggestion is to focus on getting reviews that say how pleasant you are to be with. How you really care about how the guy feels and you worked hard during the session. That you made him feel you were having fun being with him (doesn't have to be real ... I just want to feel that way).

You can easily determine what guys enjoy and want to see ... what sort of stuff gets you added to some lists and perhaps taken off others. Donation .. that's your business ... and guys will make decisions accordingly.

And it works both ways ... try to book with gentlemen, guys who will respect you and enjoy you. Who will help you build the reputation you want to have. Lana and other said it, screen ... screen for your safety but also for you enjoyment.

It is not just price that drives a guy to "change his mind" about a certain provider, and most guys, when they call/email a provider, they do want to see them, there is no telling on the circumstances that change guys' minds, although there should be no reason for a NCNS.

I have had the exact opposite happen to me SEVERAL times, I even go all the way over to the location they say they are at, which is sometimes an hour or so away, then they co not answer their phone, so I have to drive all the way back home. Nowadays, I have to have plans B and C, which many times that is the S/C, but I tend to spend alot more at the club than I do going to a provider.

It is hard to accomplish when you are new, but my advice is to have a few of the "established" members here, see you, at your going rate, but when they want to see you, do not send "spam" emails, maybe do an ad or something, and ask them to write a review about the session, hopefully that you were on time, the BCD was excellent and you get a "yes" recommendation. But no matter how hard you try, you will not get away from NCNS guys, the only thing you can do is start a thread, if you know the guy's handle on here, and out him. Some providers, who do not have the "gumption" to do so, will read your thread and MIGHT say that they experienced the same thing with said eccie member.
