Little bit more than a visit buddy... Looking at office space to finally expand and open an office down here. don't think I'll move back but most likely spend 3-4 days a week getting it up and running....

getting things through the drive thru can definitely be faster, but I still can't eat any of the stuff without getting it all over me while driving.... and you're right===> the burrito is HUGE...

there is a joke about the burrito in there somewhere, but I just can't bring myself to type it out. Whispers, if you have time, there is a place out in Schertz called CBQ Eatery. It's probably a little more casual than you are asking about but I think you could get drinks for yourself and your lady friend without too much trouble. It's on the southbound side of I-35 and FM 3009.

Thanks again for the advice and PM.... So far those of you... like me... that enjoy early tweens....... The quarry panned out... as did Martinis... the comedy club..... happy hour at the Embassy Suites...... Howl at the Moon and Tabu.....

Dressing her in floor length dresses and nicer heels than she is used to with the right accessories paid off as did a trip to a salon for a new do..... Not really all that expensive in the long run....

Not like the days of old but Wayne wasn't playing. They do Karaoke on Wed/Thurs and he's only live on Friday and Saturday nights.

I've known him since his days there as a one man act working for Shady.

When Shady decided to sell in 89/90 not sure i remember exactly.... I came damn close to buying it myself..... I was there 3-4 nights a week for about 3 years..... Stayed a patron till leaving SA in 99.

There was no better bar with a clientele that consisted of "Old Men with Money and Young Women chasing it" than that club.....

Lots and Lots of memories....

one of the things that is always interesting to me is that when a lot of newer folks come along onto the forums ==> they just have no idea how long many of us have known one another in a variety of ways. I had a PM from one guy who said something like, "wow - you really know her don't you?" I'm not sure I even replied, but I know I thought well yes---after 15 years I guess so.

BTW - thanx Whispers..

LOL
Wayne, Shady, Martini's, ........a blast from yesteryear.
A couple of more...Knights of Old, and Barclays.

I have found that restaurants with a happy hour type bar setting are more forgiving when an "older man" buys a younger lady an adult beverage.

Whispers, welcome back to the SA scene.

Thanks... As I get things settled I intend to be a more active member......

Some of the girls from Austin will tag along with me on visits and of course I'll probably be trying to relearn the San Antonio Strip Club scene... I guess I need to see who the local resident is and pay my respects......
