No, you are very right Wyldeman. I wasn't expecting an answer with the first call. After they slept through my 9am appointment, I sort of expected them to not be prompt. However, it was my hope that things were going to go smoothly after the morning cock-up (ie, quick answer, ready right at 12pm, etc), and that definitely wasn't the case.
Yes, I know 7 minutes late is anal, but knowing that they had scheduled someone right before me was not how business should be done given the morning circumstances. I was already scheduled at 12, and they screwed up again letting someone show up late right before me.
I've never called a provider and heard them say, "um, we need a few more minutes, the guy is leaving right now". *shrug*. Just not my cup of tea, but to each their own.
Plus, for the record, I spoke with both of them on the phone. It cracks me up to have them both tell tall-tales. This is like the stories you hear (or have been in) where someone gets in an accident where the other party clearly ran a stop sign or red light, and then they get out of their car and yell at the person they hit and point fingers at them.

not once have you called my phone! Yes I had a client at 11:00 that ran late. Yes monica told me we had a 2 girl for 12 I told her to tell him 12:30. As far as what went on over the phone I cant speak of it cuz I was with a client. I do know Im far from drama & not once have I had a problem back in Dallas. I ALWAYS set my appointments more than enough time between calls just so I can clean up & relax for a sec.. So please dont sit here an say you called me because not once have I recieved a call on my phone. If you were to call me I would of NOT scheduled the appointment so close. I spoke with Monica & told her what she needs to do differently. Also if you do your research you will see we only been on the site for about a week or 2 so yes we are new to the whole eccie thing when it comes to scheduling " It is a big differnce than backpage,cityvibe, ext.... Sorry for missing your appointment I really am but as for all the extra comments i think is really irrelevant!
