An unindicted co-conspirator, or unindicted conspirator, is a person or entity that is alleged in an indictment to have engaged in conspiracy, but who is not charged in the same indictment.

You've failed to realize that Trump can't pardon STATE crimes, only Federal. Manafort was in Federal Court. Cohen, and now Pecker, are in NY State Courts.
Perhaps we should start referring to the President as "The Pardoner-in-Chief". It's looking likely to be his legacy for anyway.

he is unindicted because the DOJ practice is you should not indict a sitting president. now keep in mind how hard it is to secure an indictment. in legal circles, we say, "you can indict a ham sandwich."
Trump has zero respect for the the rule of law. zero. it says neither in the Constitution nor in federal statutes that a sitting president cannot be indicted. you think if Hillary Clinton had engaged in this massive federal law-breaking-all felonies by the way- and the left controlled a do-nothing Congress, the right wouldn't be demanding an immediate indictment? give me a fucking break.
since Trump has zero respect for the law, Mueller should indict him for federal felonies...and see what happens. the SC can always rule that the indictment was improper. and the odds of that? slim to none.

Correct. We have also never had, in the 200+ year history of our great nation, a sitting President who has been named as an unindicted co-conspirator for a felony, let alone a felony for a campaign finance violation for his own Presidential campaign, that a person, let alone the President’s former personal lawyer, has pled guilty for.
The case for impeachment is snowballing rapidly. We are witnessing history repeat itself, on steroids.

Nixon was named as an unindicted co-conspirator by a Grand Jury for the Watergate break-in itself, not by someone who was pleading guilty to a felony. That was in June 1974. He resigned two months later, before it went to trial. Yes I’m quibbling too, LOL, but it sure is fun reading through the old articles from 1974...I’d forgotten about a lot of it!
