Or just put them in your pants pocket. They would have to search you to find them, and the odds of them doing that are almost zero. They do simple searches of cars and bags fairly frequently. They almost never search a person physically unless they are detaining them. Unless... you act like a MAJOR dope. Then you deserve whatever happens to you.

Your premise is not realistic. The only way this is going to happen is if they are looking at you really hard for bad reasons. In other words, having some sketchy boner pills is gonna be the LEAST of yer problems.
Here's the deal, folks. Don't act like a dope at the border. It's tough for some, I know.
Have your documentation in hand to present to them immediately.
Be ready to supply answers to routine questions. Don't take anything obviously illegal. Have a good cover story for where you are going and who you are going to see. And....fer the love of Christ and all that is holy..... DON'T offer them more information than what they ask for!! (they love that!)
Once in awhile, they will ask you something fucked up just to see how you will act. Don't let them get to you. And....once in a GREAT while, they will pull you at random for a routine search and/or more in-depth interview. They will do a light search of your car and bags and ask you some more questions. Then they will turn you loose if you aren't a fool.
They aren't gonna do a spectroscopic analysis of a couple of loose pills in a vitamin bottle. They mostly don't care about that shit. Probably the worst they would do is a simple test looking for presence of opioids and that type of nonsense....and that would really be pushing it.
It is okay to be a little nervous. They understand it and expect it. Don't get too hung up on this shit. They aren't after schmucks like us.
