She could get off of the streetcar at the stop near Bazooka's, take the escalator up to the second floor and hang out in the video booths.
It has been discussed here on ECCIE that a lot of very strange guys hang out in both the video booths and the theaters looking for someone who give free BJs. She could pay to get into the theaters and stay all day, or not.
Really now, one of the best places to spend an afternoon, alone or with someone, is at the Nelson - Atkins Museum of Art. It is inexpensive with some of the finest art collections in the country. The Chinese art collection is one of the finest collections in the West with more than 7,000 works from every phase of China’s artistic activity.
