The FISA court only listens to the evidence provided by them from prosecutors, there no defense lawyers at all. The prosecution can leave out evidence that would deny The wiretapping. This is why a tapping warrant is almost never denied.

Given that.... they were denied a warrant the first time ....went judge shopping and got the warrant the second time.

Sounds pretty flimsy too me.

From my understanding, the judge said what they wanted to do was to broad, to narrow it down. They did and they got their tap.

Sounds like what a Judge just told Trump!

Don't you want our intelligence community to follow Russian spies around in this country? No matter who they talk to? Or are you now a Putin bromancer?

Especially the ones in southern states like Arkansas, Kentucky and La who are getting the expanded Medicaid from the ACA and still voted for Trump. They voted for the person who campaigned that he was going to take away their health insurance.
