The Conclusion!!! All charges, and warrent dismissed. Prosecuters did not even want to look at the case. Pretty much knew it would come to this, but still frustrated with the system as a whole. My lawyer said that he would have loved nothing more than to humiliate the court and would have had a field day with this, but the end result is what we were after which was to have it dismissed.

THE SAN ANTONIO MUNICIPLE COURT SYSTEM STILL SUCK DONKEY GONADS!!!

Send an invoice to the courts for lost time and wages. I say heap insult on top of injury. Then when they don't pay send it to collections!

Reminds me when I was busted by a stupid cop years ago working at my gas station (read that as Poor Mans ATM) for what he said was unlawfully carrying a weapon.

First big thing that hit me when I went in to Plead I heard the judge say "I don't know why this man was arrested."

Took the better part of two years to get it dropped.

Happy to hear it Montana. I would hope our Mayor and leaders would
make improving this embarrasing situation a priority. Gets tough to swallow
the fact our tax dollars help pay for this incometency.

Yeah I know the feeling of the court system, got arrested back in july for a DWI because I was sitting in my car outside the place I was at!!! The judge said the cop can assume that I was driving since I was in the car.... I told the judge I'm suppose to innocent until proven guilty and that me being guilty is not based on assumptions but on facts so please show one piece of evidence that shows I was driving the car!!... I'm still waiting for the evidence..

Law enforcement is an important part of our society. Their job and motto is to “Protect and Serve.” I appreciate the men and women in blue and the dangerous work they do. I especially appreciate those who perform their duties showing dignity and respect towards the citizens they serve. I feel just the opposite for those who do not.

I know how you feel as I stated above I'm struggling to pay bills and been homeless when I went to court told them all this and they just said oh well... your suppose to be treated fairly and impartially but they don't most cops stopn you for any reason and states are so desperate for revenue that they violate our rights to make some money..

Ms. Likinikki you got it it right. In the end the whole BS thing was about money. I don't know how some of these guys can post so many reviews. I'm a tech. A good one but just a tech. I work hard for my money to provide for me and my own. When I finally pinch and save enough to have a lil moment of fun, I play and play hard. So when stuff like this happens it cuts into everything I do. Lost wages and worthless vacation time used up. Lawyer cost, but not that its his fault. Like he said he would have had a field day with this, but his time is money and I understand that.

Original cost of citation amount with
dismisals and deffered adjudication $187
4 days of lost work at $340 a day.. $1360
Lawyer costs $200
Gas $100
Parking at the SAMC for 3 days $ 9

Total $1856
