Exactly. Miscommunications happen all the time. A miscommunication happened between myself and a provider once, but it was quickly resolved (I thought she was at one location when she was actually at another).

Just fyi: I did try and get her explanation before I wrote what I wrote. If she had responded with even a half-ass excuse I would have been ok. I told her no prob the 1st time she no-showed me. The second time I reached out but got no reply. There's more to this story, but this is OBE. She's back onboard and she has great reviews.
