I already posted the Austin map showing the historical district.

The discussion is over. The map on the City of Austin website clearly places the establishments in question directly in the middle of the neighborhood known as Clarksville.
GAME, SET, MATCH.
Feel free to continue as you and others see fit. I'm done with this issue.

Clarksville is in the middle of old west Austin. West lynn is one of the borders, but only the west side of the street. Nau's is on the east side of west lynn. It's about 30 ft outside Clarksville

Actually Munch the Eastern border of Clarksville is a little farther West than the West curb line of West Lynn....by about a 1/2 a city block. In the days (before desegregation) the pavement of the cross streets along that stretch of West Lynn stopped about a 1/2 block in and the houses along those portions of the paved streets were occupied primarily by White residents ... and as was typical in those days the "Black Folks" remained on the dirt roads, unless they were walking down to catch the West Lynn buss ... you could go to Enfield road to the North or to Lake Austin Boulevard to the South and catch a transfer into town (or out West ... where a lot of the folks in Clarksville worked as yard keepers and housekeepers.
Nau's ENFIELD Drug Store was segregated in those days and Black people couldn't sit at the soda fountain counter (just like they couldn't at Woolworth's down at 6th & Congress and any other White business. I remember when the city pool at West Enfield was desegregated ... the kids from Clarksville came to the pool to swim .. and most of the White kids didn't come any more. The properties in Clarksville were not "shacks" but were cheap construction and most had front porches like a lot of smaller houses did in those days.

On what do you base your opinion? The City of Austin disagrees with you. Nau's is at 11th Street and West Lynn which according to the map on the website, link below, disagrees with you. 11th and West Lynn is right in the middle of the Clarksville neighborhood. The Clarksville name is almost right over the location of Nau's.

Clarksville is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Austin and has a unique and rich history. Established by freed slave Charles Clark in 1871 as a community for former slaves, Clarksville was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in the late 1970s. For more information about Clarksville’s history, go to the “ About Clarksville” page on this site.
Many people equate all of Old West Austin (OWA) with Clarksville. In fact, Clarksville is a very small area within OWA. Clarksville’s boundaries are: - Eastern boundary: West side of West Lynn Street
- Western boundary: MoPac access road
- Northern boundary: South side of West 12th Street from West Lynn to Charlotte and then south side of Waterston Avenue to MoPac access road
- Southern boundary: West 10th Street
