It might be too late to "rehabilitate" the current staff. I just hope that this expectation of perfection will not scare off potential Mod candidates.

Current staff is ok and not a problem. The one I do not get along with is good also. Keeps me on my toe's. And as sharp as a butter knife. Or was that as a flat tire. Did you try the area jymie posted.
