Old labels are probably grandfathered in.
Now who buys crafted beers? Joe Six Pack? Probably not.
Probably liberals.
$77,000 to redesign the label? Somehow I have trouble believing that.
Do what all business has done. Pass on the cost.
Doesn't Town Hall and the Cato Inst. have any real issues? Couldn't they work on our education problems? I mean other than to say they are all caused by liberals and will fix themselves as soon as a republican is elected president? I mean after trump of course.

If not, the label tells you how many calories worth of toxins you're consuming

I rarely count "calories" .... I look for "toxins" like sugar, fat, and salt.

Wrong again Kid. They have never been classified as food by law and if you would bother to actually read the text of the law instead of relying on someone else's saying something is so, you might realize that the laws specifically says FOOD, not alcoholic beverages. Still a bad law though.;

Thread is going fine. Yeah, I know what they make beer out of, You failed to refute anything I said. Somebody asked if it was safe. At the time, in my opinion, it was somewhat humorous to add the word toxin. I love it. So desperate to be able to address a post and not be gay rey lite. In the peanut gallery's opinion, tt was the only thing they could go after.

There were several points there..
The first was you were wrong.
The second was you were wrong again.
December 2014 was when the final guidelines were released.
Certain beers are considered food by the FDA.
FDA Issues Final Guidance on Labeling of Certain Beers

Dec 22, 2014 - Specifically, this refers to beers that are not made from both malted barley and hops but are instead made from substitutes for malted barley (such as sorghum, rice or wheat) or are made without hops. These beers are subject to the food labeling provisions of FDA laws and regulations.
http://www.fda.gov/Food/GuidanceRegu.../ucm166239.htm
And if you dig around in there you'll find this..
The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act requires packaged foods and dietary supplements to bear nutrition labeling unless they qualify for an exemption ( A complete description of the requirements). One exemption, for low-volume products, applies if the person claiming the exemption employs fewer than an average of 100 full-time equivalent employees and fewer than 100,000 units of that product are sold in the United States in a 12-month period. To qualify for this exemption the person must file a notice annually with FDA. Note that low volume products that bear nutrition claims do not qualify for an exemption of this type.
Now get your tablet out Lazy Loser and figure out if any micros qualify.
The third point?
