OP, you gotta remember this is a business. That means they can't do their jobs, unless we do ours, as well. For providers, us being "five minutes late" can change availability with the quickness. This is he said, she said but it sounds like you were later than you're saying and left Ruann hanging.

I'm aware that timing is extremely important, but so is communication.

I'm sticking with my story. I've never lied in any of my reviews with a provider. I certainly won't start now.
