My two cents would be that two apartments are generally better than one, and the decision really comes down to whether you feel you can afford it and justify the extra cost. SF, Yummy, and ofs all indicated that they prefer not to have the other partner (and clients) around, and I tend to agree.

Trying to avoid concurrent scheduling would be an ongoing issue in a shared place, I would think.

Seeing the partner can potentially be awkward. Seeing a tard is not so good, ditto seeing management. Generally better to see/hear no third parties, or be seen/heard by them.

Doesn't this turn ya'll into an "Agency" instead of Indy's....?

I don't do incalls anymore. Rare exception might be large hotels that cater to large meetings and conferences. No sharing of the incall with another provider. Better to blend in while traversing the lobby.

Not at all!
It is more cost effective to share.
As long as the Providers are organized in their scheduling,
they never even see each other, much less another Provider's Client.

Then learn how to think. If two people cannot manage to not be in the same place at the same time ... SMH. I think Yummy really hit the nail on the head with her comment. Expect complete discretion, unless you're sitting in the cheap seats.

I heard a tard say once that he and a girl wound up in the bathroom because of double booking.
Nothing wrong with having a shared place, as long as the organization and TCB are there. Separate places would completely sidestep those concerns, but may or may not be practical.

Being in an incall where another provider is seeing a guy means I'm at risk of her getting nailed by LEO and then getting dragged into that drama. At 160 sure, but at 250+, no way.
Regardless of price, the pussy is the same, the menu is the same, the IOP is the same. If I have to pay more I should at least get a nicer incall environment and less risk. I also want zero risk of a momentary slip in schedule timng and coming face to face with another guy either in the incall or walking into it where you absolutely know whats up.

Serious, honest, non-troll response here: When I personally visit independent providers as a client, I expect 100% discretion. I absolutely would not see an independent if someone else was hanging around or in the next room. My opinion matters little though since a lady's primary target market consists of Y-chromosome members.

From what I heard in your case neither will do with as many providers that work out of you location. Probably something like the bunny ranch might do.

I'm sorry but I would not like to walk into any providers incall and see another provider sitting there waiting for her appointment to arrive only to fuck in the room right next to where I was in with my provider...
And no...I don't want to hear another provider fucking a trick in the next room...
I don't want to see any providers unless we are "all" having a session together and don't want to risk having some other tard see me or me seeing him...
I want my privacy.......you asked and that's my answer..

I see your point in it being more cost effective but it seems like the consensus around here is no to sharing an incall.
