What stops the police from busting everyone?

you cant put everyone in jail and like most have said, there are much bigger fish to fry than me or you banging some bored housewife for $200...

I grew up in Houston and everyone knew back in the 70's if you wanted a street walker you went down to South Main or Telephone Road.. pretty sure you can still get one on Telephone Rd 40 years later...

I'm sure they know all about this place. But it's a pain in the ass for them to do anything compared to the low hanging fruit that is Spa busts or BP stings where they can scoop up a dozen in a day for very low cost/time.

Though I don't use Spas/BP or Craigslist before that, I am glad they exist if only to serve as an easier target...

Like the hippo said, cost effectiveness. The manhours invested to bust a provider here, for a misdemeanor no less, doesn't compare to a quick sweep of BP, Spas or T-road.
