The privacy of the Men's and Ladies section is to be taken VERY seriously. "Leaked Info" may seem harmless but it will get you BANNED. 2 weeks in my case. Be careful when quoting from these private arenas. Better yet, just don't.
Either Lola had seen the mentioned thread, or a WK had told her about it. Resulting in both of them BANNED.

That would depend on what your definition of "importance" would be. Two weeks was enough to learn my lesson, in my case. Each and every situation has it's own scenario, the mods take into consideration the circumstances and are usually fair in their punishment. "Leaked Info" is impossible to control, guy's and girls are going to talk to each other. That can't be stopped. Posting it in open forum can be.
I'm guessing the ban length would be depend on what info was leaked? All the he said she said would be different from leaking any personal RW info. A lot of common sense applies. PT, you're still green here, watch and learn.
