I'd like some more responses to this poll, so yes, I'm doing the bump.

It depends on the situation. If I'm looking for a Monday appt i'll usually call on a Friday to set something up, but if she places an ad stating her availability on the weekend then I'll call on sat to set something up. For the most part it's usually the day before, not necessarily 24 hours notice.
Now on the other hand, if I have a scheduled appt and she calls me the day of the appt and cancels an hour before then I can either try to reschedule which more than likely won't happen due to the crazy hrs I work or try to schedule something on short notice which for me seems to be the norm here lately.
I won't write her off entirely but it may be a while before I contact her again. Now, if she cancels on me twice the chances of me calling her again are slim and next to none, even if she offers some sort of compensation as I think it will lead to a mediocre performance on her. That saying comes to mind ( you get what you pay for ) but this applys more to a lady I have not visited before.
It seems that most of the ladies prefer to use e-mail for setting up initial appt which is fine by me but when it take two days for her to reply, I have moved on and forgot about her. I usually wait up to four hrs for a reply for setting up an appt for the next day and if I haven't heard anything by then I'll start searching for someone else. If she happens to reply while I'm searching then I'll go from there.

Wasn't that a dance back in the 70's and or 80's?
Seriously, I would like to add this: Most ladies put on their ads or websites how much leeway they need to prep

Yes, but since pleasing gentlemen is our intent, a lady should value informational input as well as physical inputting from the fellows. This has been enlightening and VERY helpful to me. Surprisingly, so far it looks like I don't need to worry that asking for advance notice, unlike a spanking, will hurt my bottom line.
Thanks for the feedback, everyone!

Honestly, if I really want to see a provider I will schedule for when ever she is ready. Sometimes I am in the mood and would like a same day appointment but I never said no when I had to wait until the next day or longer. If your situation requires more notice then just be up front about it. Do you really want a client who is so desperate it has to happen right now? I have never been on the other side of this but I would honestly think if a guy is pushing too hard for an immediate appointment something is wrong with the situation. I get in the mood quickly and often but I never been so in the mood that I was not willing to wait even if I was slightly disappointed that I had to.

Yeah, I have no problem with this one..... I always try to pre-screen well in advance (1 day or 2 at least) but same day once screened is always nice, and sometimes a must...... but an 2 or so hrs I don't think should be unreasanable.......

for me and I would suspect for many with an SO, scheduling too far in advance can be a challenge. There have been times when I have had a small window of three hours or so to schedule an appointment. I know that often limits who I can see, but those are often my constraints.

Really it depends. If she's Indy: a day before
Agency: that day, 2hrs or so before.

Hard for me to schedule ahead because I'm always doing something, but I've done it for one particular provider from Dallas. Other than that, the 2-hour thing works best for me.

if i get to horny to bypass appointments.....im headed to the nearest best choice strip club to get my quickie fix on. sample the menu and head in for dessert. otherwise i try to be punctual and time friendly. usually i find myself stalling in a store until my appointed time. rarely have i had someone say "Im ready now sweatheart, why dont you head right over. This one might be a taker next time.....
