Would you mind sharing your take on the hobbyist community of Albany?

Do you think they are really more prone to remaining UTR than others because of the Albany political scene?

And in my opinion, the existing NYC board should simply be renamed to "NYC & Eastern NY".

The concept would be to have regions 1-5 in Upstate and 6-11 in the renamed section. I don't know the traffic patterns though so it may make more sense to have 1-7 in Upstate and 8-11 in the renamed section. Some smart person should decide that.
