People have said it, but staph infection is the main one (Staphylococcus aureus).
It comes from dirty sheets/linens, or could also be transmitted if a lady doesn't wash her hands between clients, as well as something like standing in a shower that hasn't been cleaned properly (this is also why I have an issue using showers at the gym). Obviously if she uses her hands on your little guy, it can spread there as well.
It's bacterial and can cause some nasty rashes/boils, etc on the infected skin. You can get rid of it with antibiotics.
As long as you are not sticking your willy anywhere else, this is the main thing you could catch from a massage.
My 2 cents: bring your own towel with you to lay on and dry off with, request that they wipe down the table before your massage as well as wash their hands (watch them do this), and wear flip flops in the shower.

Thanks for the info. You know your stuff.
What's the remedy for this staph infection? Which antibiotic, or would a Clotrimazole cream or Miconozole be enough?

It's usually done with antibiotic ointment, but I believe you need more than basic antibiotics to knock it out (like no penicillin or amoxicillin). It's best to go to the dr though, because there are different strains of staph bacteria, and so can require certain antibiotics to get rid of it.
(I am a massage provider as well as OCD about cleanliness, so know all about these nasty little things, lols.)

1-2 times per week: fill a tub with water and add about half a cup of bleach, and half a cup of white vinegar. Bathe in it head to toe. Its not strong enough to hurt you or cause bleaching of hair or skin.
Years ago, I acquired an itchy staph infection from a hospital after giving birth. The dermatologist recommended the above and prescribed an antibiotic ointment (which was rubbed once a day on the inside of the nostrils with a cotton swab). All the sheets and linens had to be washed in crazy hot water, and my family members, including the newborn were instructed to do the same exact bathing and ointment regimine as well.

The usual treatment is prescription: Bactriban oral antibiotic and bactrum topical ointment. Once contracted, staph "lives" in the nasal cavity, so the doc will tell you to take 10 days of the oral and swap the topical in your nose twice a day.
Staph is really common in places frequented by multiple people who are sweaty- gyms, amps, etc.

I have been plagued with excruciating headaches for the last few months and the doctors do not know why. MRI, EEG, etc and no conclusive evidence. I have turned to God for solace. Maybe my life will come to an end soon.
Anyway, I wish you all good lives. God loves you. Rahab, a woman highly praised in the Bible (Hebrews 11:31), was a "woman of the night." So, don't let the Christians or religious people look down on you.

Are you trying to figure out if the cause of those headaches is something you picked up from an AMP?
