I agree with you.

Don't let a few bad experiences hinder your opinion of the hobby. I try to give the same level of quality whether you are booking a 30 min or overnight. But sometimes people do have their "off days".

Someone else pointed out that some guys aren't there to talk. That's true too. I try to feed off the clients non verbal cues but I generally always try to to engage in conversation, even if merely superficial.

I love this part of my life. Granted sometimes the experiences I have with a client are less than desirable I don't let that hinder my attitude about the hobby as a whole....although it would be very easy to.

This type of business isn't for everyone. It takes a strong woman to be in this line of work for an extended period of time.

My personal hobby "career" began in 1974. But I was well aware of the bidness 15 years earlier as a summertime resort hotel bellhop, hotel desk clerk and night auditor, bar tender's assistant (yes, I was under 21 at the time). And, since I spent several years in my youth growing up in Europe, the "service" industry was both off and on the streets.
