to be clear. i have never met nikki.
but i have no problem with crooked or missing teeth. since i myself have "summer teeth"( summer there, some aren't).
i dont know the story behind her or any provider's smile i.e. abusive relationship, diabetes, car accident. etc.
but a bad smile is different than poor oral hygeine, which is something that can be upkept
