3 things make it a " special"
1] lower price. i have been wanting to do lucy forever now finances just have not allowed it. 80 for an hr monday special guess where im gonna be tmrw morn

2] enhanced services offered. if shelling out full price adding greek or cim might be the thing to make u book

3] free extra time. if paying for hh or hr the free 1/2 or whatever might be the factor to make us book. often finances dictate only a hh appointment but upgrade a hh to an hr now its a no brainer. girls dont hhave to do specials but trust me they do work.
