Some of my earliest recollections were when WK1, don't remember now who was his first mate, was it you OSD, took Jackie out on the lake, posted many pics of their excursion! Then there was Aston and his yellow hummer saga! I remember when Eli became a mod, he was my mentor, encouraged me to go from MP's to seeing Indy's. DT didn't you have some posts and the lady(s) of some of your far west (US) encounters? I also had the pleasure of meeting Joyce, is she still around here?

Life was definitly good back then. We were much more out of the main stream so albeit it was hard for newbies to break in because the culture was much harder to find, it was much easier for those of us that were participating to set up dates. And when a newbie did find us we encouraged them and gave them guidance and for the most part they actually listened. The other aspect that was much different then is we took care of each other. We would make recommendations to each other about who to see and actually talk to the ladies about each other and make recommendations for them to see. A phone call just about anytime would have you enjoying yourself in a couple hours. And if per chance you found yourself not able to find someone available, there were three or four MP places that did a great job. I do enjoy the traveling talent from time to time that we did not have then but again I find scheduling to be a hassle much of the time. But I do enjoy the expansion of the boards (most of the aspects) and can say that over 25 years have made a lot of good friends. I would say it is not neccessarily better or worse, just different.

It was not me that took pic's of Jackie. All pic's I have of providers on my boat, after review by, was told not to share. Or where UTR, well right there can not share. I have seen the pic's of Jackie. I think they where before I joined in 2007.

NOTE: I do not think I ever shared pic's on ASPD, other than from the web. On another board I did share one one of my behind when fishing(also once on this board)(Took by another member of this board)(And it has help me stay below my hobby budget)On this board any of female I shared were took for ad use, and only a few took by me.

Its great to look back. But can we ever go back? Even ASPD was in a mode of change when I joined. If it was still there. It only would have took a bit longer to be where we are today on ECCIE. IMHO
Only a few that can think of did not come over(I am sure others can think of many more). Most of them {for me}(before my time)where active when plainmind was was mod. Then backed out. And where only active in PM. I really enjoyed the PM's form members that where there at the start and no longer posted. But would PM me when they thought I was right or wrong. And that/they are what I really miss.

Sorry can not give names/handles, some change handles by starting a new one, let the old one die(with ok of mod's{eli at the time of change})And now I am having a hard time remembering witch just stopped posting and witch changed handles and did not post. So will not post any.
edit add to: One was thinking I was the 2nd coming of plainmind. I do not think so and in no way is true. Again

edit: I am guilty of of getting some to come to this board with the help of a mod(will not name, and not current). Other members really pushed this along later. Then even more(the mother load of) shit hit the fan. Many helped get the word out then.

Hey Liz you are correct :-) I had forgot alot of the ones who were on the old aspd site!! Do you remember the tales of Aston featuriing the yellow Hummer? I still think of it every time I see a yellow Hummer!! :-) I tried to find it using the archives link jokacz posted to start this thread but couldn't.

Mostly, I recall that Aston was a frequent poster; A tough one to keep up to! Hats off to the Mods both then and now!
