It's not like she shit in your bed. I don't understand why you are making such a big deal out of this. We are all human, we all shit, and unfortunately we have no control over when the urge to shit hits us. I'm quite sure she didn't plan on, nor enjoy, taking a dump at your place. As far as not sticking around to flush a second time, she was probably horrified she had to shit in your bathroom in the first place and wanted to get the hell out of there as soon as possible. At least she was courteous enough to wait until the session was over.
