The "busy" could be for personal or hobby. Nothing is specified. Could be Dr, kids, school, SO or previously set appts, so I don't see anything wrong with divulging that she's busy.
Honestly, I think this is a good plan in theory, but in practice however how many guys take the time to look to see if a lady has a calendar.

Exactly. I do have children and am trying to start my own business. So busy could mean anything, not necessarily appts.

In theory it hopefully will work. I have it on my signature and will have a page on my new website coming soon. Plus it will be synced with my new phone.
