I love any kind of while except for chardonnay. I've tried so many and just can't seem to like it.

Ever since I came back from seeing my family in Germany, I've been on a goat cheese kick. Any soft white cheese, really. Gouda rocks my world.

The Biltmore Estate has some great wines as well. I remember going before I was old enough to drink, then again when I could...mmm!

cabernet or a cabernet franc. Having just returned from Sonoma. To a foot and a half of snow.
