I did hear (saw her lips move as the sound came out) a female Mexican-American reporter talking about reasons why "the Mexicans" didn't want the wall built, because it would keep the contraband transporters from hauling their product to the U.S. and they would have to sell it in Mexico and "the Mexicans" didn't want to HAVE TO BUY IT to keep the cartels happy!!!!

She also blamed the U.S. "consumers" for the existence of the cartels in Mexico and why the Mexican government couldn't get rid of the cartels, because the U.S. "consumers" were buying the product smuggled by the cartels into the U.S.

At least she didn't blame it on the Russians!
