No. WE just need to have INS and such ACTUALLY get off their fat asses and properly VET those getting visas and start checking up on them.
There are several other countries that roughly a week prior to your visa is set to expire there, HAVE AGENTS at your doorstep, checking in to see and ensure you ARE going to be leaving.. So why is it THEY CAN get on the ball that good, but we can't?
