Yeah...a few of you beat me to the key thing. Oh, boy. These fancy smancy newer model gizmos. I literally CANNOT lock my keys in my car, and leaving my car unsecured while I can't see it is not a feasible option.

I don't think I can ever have a 'worry free' session. Even if I'm seeing someone I've seen before, there's always a heightened sense of awareness.

Do a little research. On many cars, you can program a new key yourself. Buy a blank key of the right type online, have a local locksmith cut the key to mechanically match your car. Then go through a special sequence of actions on the car, and you will program the new key to work.

Cost me about $50 for two new keys, from ikeyless.com.

On Fords it's important to do this. They give you two keys and it requires two keys to program a new key yourself. If you lose one key, you have to pay the dealer big bucks to program a new key for you. If you lose both keys, it's mucho MUCHO more bucks to get a new working key.

Sorry to wander so far afield, but I HATE seeing people get ripped of by the replacement car key scam the manufacturers do these days.

This is really an excellent primer. I'm going to add one thing that's obvious to expereinced hobbyists, but may be less so to newbies. A lot of times you hear about the 'two call' system. We assume here that the session has not been scheduled shortly before it is to take place. In such cases, you want to confirm (PM or however you've agreed to stay in contact) the time & general place either early that day or late the day before. You want to get clear how to handle getting specific directions. Ladies vary in that respect. Some will give you fairly specific directions (e.g. Mongo's No-tel Motel on North Virtue St) so that you only need call to get the room number as you approach the place. Others want to save anything that specific until an hour or so before you meet.

I ALWAYS double check to make sure I have the phone number handy with me, before I leave. And the donation of course, and any gift I may give.

And make sure you have your keys with you when you exit the car. I once arrived a few minutes early to an incall. I sat waiting in my car, and left the keys inthe car when I got out. This does not enhance your playtime experience, trust me.

Do you want to get into bid trouble? You want someone to tie you up and spank you?
You may find what you're looking for in "Another Relm".

I was quoted $75 per key at the dealer.
