A few helpful hints:
- Never take your personal phone into a spa or use it to call or text an AMP.
- Always set your phone browser or ANY browser you use to not save browser history *EVER*.
- Always use a burner phone.
- If you don't use a burner phone, use a texting app and delete the app call logs before enter an AMP.
- OR, delete the entire app from your phone and just reinstall it after you visit the AMP.
- Don't say anything to LE. Just keep your fucking mouth shut. The very most you should say is, "I'm sorry officer, I've broken no laws, I'm not talking to you about my day."
While this may not help you with the initial charge of soliciting, or your name possible getting in the paper, they have no evidence of your intent. If you go in front of a judge, I can't imagine the charge sticking if you have a good lawyer. I mean *WHAT IF* you really were there for a massage because you were having issues with your flexibility or muscle ache?
But, what do I know?
