From what I've read, this isn't a civil war.

Yep, it's true, Bush won the war. Obama said so back then. After all, we left right? Doesn't that indicate the war was over and won. We didn't have to trade five real bad people for one soldier either. Bush won the Iraq war. Bush 41 in 1991 and Bush 43 in 2008. You can scream all you want (just like that first cock you took in the ass) but it doesn't change anything.

You have a real reading problem don't you EVA. No where does it say that. The war was won by Bush, the peace is being lost by Obama and Hillary's failure to get that agreement. Should our troops be hauled in front of an Iraqi court....that's bullshit EVA and you know it. Where was the negoiation, where was the gamemanship, where was the compromise? There wasn't any because Barack did not want to stay in Iraq and guarantee them an oppontunity to actually get to a democratic form of government.

You just made our point idiot and condemned Hillary and Obama. They knew that when we pulled out that everything would be undone. So why did they pull out? Because Obama wants everything undone.

SO JD are you saying that we should have occupied Iraq forever, have perpetual war? Never leave? Besides Bush had sign the withdraw agreement before he left office. Obama was just sticking to it.

Everyone seems to forget that the real reason behind the invasion of Iraq was the oil fields. Since the first Bush was in office there was a position paper that the US should take control of the Iraq oil fields through any means possible. What a trillion dollar mistake on Bush's part and no one seems to have a problem with him getting us into this mess.

You are lying through the keyboard again Judy. Wasn't the timeline for drawing down Bush's timeline?

So you admit that Bush won this war....roll over and tap your friends on the shoulder and tell them. Yes, it was the Bush time table and part of that time table was to come to terms for leaving a ready force behind to preserve the peace. A force that might itself there for the next 30 years (ala Germany and South Korea). Now only an idiot would think that means the same people would be there for 30 years but we have some idiots reading this and it has to be explained to them. Garrison duty in Iraq (what difference does it make now!) would have probably been a two year assignment and then rotated out. The United States could have looked back and saw a strong, vibrant, sucessful representative government in the Middle East besides Israel. That is all busted now. We may find ourselves going back in as an army again.

I'm surprised that Munchie is not livid. All of those deaths that he keeps bringing up are now going to be in vain because Obama could never get his shit together and he picked Hillary to be the Secretary of State.

Do you mean like the perpetual wars in Germany, Japan, and South Korea? Yep, I've been to Germany a few times. Nothing like dodging daily sniper fire to wake you up in the morning.

Arab governments complain when we intervene and they complain when we don't intervene. Basically, they complain no matter what. They have not stopped to consider the consequences of this behavior, but those consequences are about to become apocalyptic for Nouri al-Maliki and the Iraq people.
