This is what folks up East toss out to avoid reality. You voted for Bitten and Kumola no doubt, after voting for Cumo. Right?

How could you possibly be qualified to evaluate anyone's "education"?

Is that all you can do? Read "two sentences"!

Those big words are challenging.

I've yet to meet someone who goes around trashing people as a response that really had anything going for them intellectually. After all that's the motivation for trashing ... a lame ass attempt to make themselves appear "better"!

How come you spendthrifts up East need Federal bailout money?

Here's a couple of reason:

When you use the term, bailout, and it actually is the return of the tax collected from the people in your state, that is the irony of spewing unfounded opinions with no facts.

Glad Biden reversed the state tax deduction law, now NY just needs to match the Federal Tax Laws and NY would send $0 to the Federal Government, and Can spend and invest all our money here in NY instead of sending it to Oklahoma, Idaho, Tennessee, West Virginia, Virginia, South Carolina, Mississippi, and Alabama.(sure i'm missing ten more welfare states.)

We can run our state just fine.

What we need is more escorts who collect cash and pay their fair share of taxes, just cheats like their idol Trump.
Run a cash business, go on public assistance to support the kids, qualify for all the socialist benefits you despise and turn it into a career. Thats how success is measured in the Republican party.

You do realize without CA and NY, we would be importing our food from other countries, because its cheaper than what farms here can grow without the governments socialistic agricultural programs.

All those Republican Farmers would be selling their land and turning their fields into housing developments.

I worked briefly for Apple for 4 months. They closed down the plant and moved it to China. Why? Cost.

The labor in China is cheaper. The regulations are more lax.

Same reason Nike moved its manufacturing to Vietnam and China.

Where have you been? Can you used the internet?

From a quick google search:
California ranks first in the United States for agricultural cash receipts followed by Iowa, Texas, Nebraska and Illinois.

Ten states generate more than $10 billion in agricultural cash receipts: California ($43,544,001,000 and 11.63 percent of U.S. total), Texas, Nebraska, Illinois, Minnesota, Kansas, Indiana, Wisconsin and North Carolina.

NY not even in the top ten.

What argument did you create ? who the fuck said anything about agriculture and ny ?

GDP isnt agriculture, nowhere was agriculture and NY mentioned.

The cost of labor is variable, typically its 15% of revenue in the USA, for a product with 500% mark up there is no reason to assemble products overseas, they can absorb the 15% cost of labor.

What's sad is I'm out numbered by people like you 1 million to 1, and theres no way to get to that point where things make sense, the only things you believe are things written by like minded individuals, those are what most people refer to as sheep.

This QUOTE is in REFERENCE to the TAX REVENUE, WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION FROM POPULOUS WEALTHY STATES TO THE PLACES WHERE FOOD USUALLY IS GROWN AS FARM SUBSIDIES.

NY has some agriculture, and many other diverse income streams, this vast arrangement of the NY Economy is what makes it so strong. WITHOUT REMOVING THE TAX REVENUE FROM NY, WELFARE STATES THAT ONLY HAVE AGRICULTURE WOULD NOT BE GROWING THEIR FOOD, SINCE SOCIALISM RULES AND THE GOVERNMENT FUNDS FARMS, WE DONT IMPORT OUR POTATOES, CORN, WHEAT, AND OTHER FARM THINGS.

OUR GOVERNMENT WITH THEIR WEALTH REDISTRIBUTIN POLICIES CREATES A MARKET FOR OUR GOODS BY SUBSIDIZING THE COSTS TO FARMERS.

I don't believe that's right. And what would you replace corporations with? Businesses owned by wealthy families, instead of by the pension funds and mutual funds and the like? That's the way Central America (Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador) works, and it's one of the reasons that area is dirt poor. I do not believe that small business can efficiently manufacture cars, airplanes, microchips, etc. Or for that matter I believe taking away Walmart, Amazon, supermarket chains and the like would hurt the poor and the middle class, who would pay more for goods.

Your comment on the minimum wage is interesting, honestly. Do you have information to back up this theory? For example, in which states were minimum wages increased in recent years, and how many workers' wages were affected? I don't have any problem with a $15 minimum wage in places like New York. In, say, Mississippi or the Rio Grande Valley of Texas it would be lunacy though.

Granted, lower corporate taxes weren't the only factor that lowered unemployment and boosted median household wages. Deregulation helped too.

I'm all for a system where the state of Texas and Texas municipalities raise most of the funds to run government here in Texas, and we don't ship much money to or receive much money from other states. That system works well in Switzerland, where the maximum federal tax rate is 11.5% (compare to 40.8% in the USA). The cantons (like counties or states) in many instances have higher taxes than the Swiss federal government.

The power of the purse, both to tax and to spend, is best exercised closest to the people affected. The money is more likely to be spent efficiently and in accordance with the will of the people.

So if New Yorkers want to tax the hell out of each other and implement the Green New Deal, I believe you should be allowed to do so. But don't impose that on us.

Unfortunately Democratic politicians in your and other states won't go for this. AOC, Schumer, Gillibrand and the rest treasure their power to stick their noses in other peoples business and tell them how to run their states.

I agree with you about agricultural subsidies btw.

You can tell when you're dealing with a low-IQ New Yorker when they talk disdainfully about rural folks or people in the "flyover states", or that they equate intelligence with a piece of paper they went into debt for.

Oh, or the shitty taste in pizza, that too.
