So Flynn pleads guilty to lying to the FBI. Nothing about collusion with the Russians. Even Comey testified in Congress that he didn’t think Flynn was lying. He thought that he was just confused on dates and so forth. Even if he did lie about conversations with Russians, those conversations aren’t illegal. They took place during the transition. Trump was already elected POTUS. How were they colluding to win then? It’s pathetic how the government can crush people. Flynn served in the military for 30yrs, 5 in combat., his son is being scrutinized. He’s broke from legal fees. He has to sell his house. In the meantime, an illegal felon, Zarate, was treated better in our “Justice” system than Flynn. Shameful. ABC had to retract their initial report.

Shouldn't that also apply to OUTGOING presidents once they become EX presidents??
The sitting president is not an ex-president until the president-elect is sworn in. The authority of the office is his until that time. There is only one president at a time. The president-elect is a private citizen, not the president.
