Your analogy regarding social functions is flawed and does not apply here. It is presumed that both people in a session were present. In a social setting no such presumption of attendance exists. Regardless, I am unable to locate this "standing policy" of which you speak. Perhaps it exists, but as I said, that analogy does not apply here in the first place.

I encourage you to RTM or email staff should you have an issue with any moderator's actions.

I do not tend to RTM much ...... I know it's easier for MODs when they are not questioned in threads..... but why not just discuss things openly?....

It just seems in reading the thread that your "moderation" in regards to the reviewer's opinion and a statement of facts known already are a bit slanted...... There are plenty of other items within the thread that are closer to guidelines infractions if you were wanting to actually moderate it I think....

I know that we exist in a secret world and that to many people we are just hookers/ hooktards/ streetwalkers etc and I am ok with that... However, at the end of the day I do not feel like what we do is any different than any other service industry...

We have a product that some people may care for and that others may not... in this instance I had a gentleman who did not like me... who finds me to be incredibly unattractive... I can deal with that... it really is not a big deal...

However, since I do take pride in both myself and my business I wanted to do what any fortune 500 company would do... I offered a refund... Plain and simple... I stand by who I am, by what I represent and by the fact that I am an excellent courtesan/ hooker/ hooktard or whatever name that you want to call me...
