Last summer, before the sniffles epidemic paralyzed the country, I spent a week in Bristol, Tennessee.

Quite a few overweight women but even they were wearing Confederate battle flag bikinis. Nobody thought anything of this.

My family are pretty backwoods/red neck/western PA- the additional male family figures hail from West Virginia Border-

Yes!! Kayaking is my new go to relax/ exercise thing. Besides training and lifting, I'm always down for a nature hike and bike riding.
