Well, that was the plan offshore, however, several people quoted me, including a Mod, so I decided to return. Btw, I've never met the OP, she doesn't even live in our city, so I don't really have anything to gain by voicing my opinion in this thread. I did so because as stated in the rules, she is allowed to post her side. She did that quite respectfully, in light of all the degrading names she was called in the review. It matters not, that Spiceitup wasn't the one doing the name calling, they have been allowed to remain there for all to see.

I happen to agree that a 10 min/$320 bbbj was a complete rip-off, however, he admitted that he sat there and allowed it to happen and did not ask for the return of a portion of his donation, even though she remained in her bra and panties the entire time. I just think he could have handled the entire situation differently and avoided all of this in the first place. What I have posted was my opinion, nothing more. Had I come in high 5ing Spiceitup and calling her names as well, we would not be here 11 pages later still talking about it.

Once again, you blame him. Please explain how he could have received the services he wanted in this situation when she refused to start activities until she was done talking and she flatly refused to have intercourse. After she said no to intercourse, what do you believe he could have done differently to get her to change her mind? Beg? Bribe? Force?

Why do you believe that it was his responsibility to ask for a refund and not her responsibility to offer it since she is the one who refused service?

When guys go into a session, we always know there is a chance it won't go great. If that happens, we generally just chalk it up to the game unless it is a clear rip-off. We don't sit in the room and demand that the lady give us our money back. Could you imagine how fast she would have written an alert on him? Getting into a confrontation with a hooker over a refund isn't wise, especially if some services were offered and she has indicated to the client that she has protection nearby (this can be assumed by all the references the OP and others have made in this thread to a husband/pimp).

No, the proper recourse for a guy in a situation where there were positives and negatives to a session is to write a review that outlines the positives and negatives and provide his recommendation on the provider. That is what Spice did.

So, the question is, do you believe that he should not have written the review? Do you believe that "no" reviews should never be written?
