So let's end those damn extra ACA subsidies, just as the Dems intended when they voted for them to expire at the end of this year!
As Devo reminded us, this is about food shortages that will lead to the urban apocalypse.

Read the thread title - it's also about how to "end the guvmint shutdown".

All of the damage being inflicted on Americans by irrational, intransigent Democrats will end when Chucky Schumer's Senate Dems capitulate. Which will happen soon after Tuesday's elections.

Manufacturing a hungry crisis because he won't come to the table on Healthcare. Refusing to negotiate until after tbe other side capitulated.

It's the Art of the Bad Deal. Nothing America First about letting Americans go hungry or doubling their Healthcare premiums. These AF fools need to learn how to govern instead of stoking division.

FTFY, Gristle. It's important that we frame the problem correctly for everyone.

For an even better understanding of how stupidly reckless, damaging and self-defeating the Dem shutdown strategy is - read Julian Epstein's analysis in my new thread below:

Mr. Gristle - I know you don't get the proper framing and often have difficulty viewing issues "objectively". So I'm trying to help you shore up those weaknesses.

That's why I recommend you read this thread:

Julian Epstein gets it!

"Our Government lawyers do not think we have the legal authority to pay SNAP with certain monies we have available, and now two Courts have issued conflicting opinions on what we can and cannot do," Trump said in a post on his social media platform Friday evening.

"If we are given the appropriate legal direction by the Court, it will BE MY HONOR to provide the funding, just like I did with Military and Law Enforcement Pay," Trump said, referring to the shifting of funds that has been used to pay troops as the shutdown has stretched on.

Coalition of 25 states sued, Bam. Trump didn't seek anything until after 2 courts ruled against his admin. And only then to clarify HOW, while he sits with his thumb up his ass pretending he's winning

The blue states sue Trump everyday. Doesn’t mean they’re valid. He went to the court to get clarification Gristle. Schumer or Jeffries didn’t suggest it. It wasn’t clear cut that it was legal. It’s the Democrats that have their thumbs up their buttholes. But they enjoy it!!!!!!!!

Those 25 states must be badly confused. Why sue Trump? Even if he shifts some money around, it will only last a week or so.

Why aren't those 25 state AGs suing Chucky Schumer and the Democratic Party? Don't they want a permanent fix to the SNAP problem (which, as Mr. Gristle knows, is just one of many problems the Dems have heaped on all of us through their reckless & irresponsible decision to shut down funding for the entire federal government)?

I’m still waiting to feel the effects of the shutdown. To date, I’ve not been inconvenienced a single time.
